For local authorities, commissioners & delivery partners

Commission youth employment support. Agree the evidence up front.

A Manchester-based delivery partner for practical employability programmes, employer engagement and work experience for 16–24-year-olds.

Request a pilot proposal

A six-week pilot for 15–20 young people

Discuss a commissioned cohort combining starting-point reflection, practical preparation, short employer projects and next-step planning. We agree eligibility, referrals, support needs and delivery responsibilities before recruitment.

Youth engagement, transitions and NEET prevention

We can discuss support for young people who are not in education, employment or training (NEET), or at risk of disengagement, where a practical project programme fits their needs. The service can complement existing education and employment support; specialist needs and referral arrangements must be agreed with partners.

Reporting against your objectives

If your contract uses a social value framework, discuss the relevant measures and evidence requirements with us. We agree the mapping for the specific commission; we do not assume automatic compliance or financial social value calculations.

  • Agreed participant numbers, attendance and completion measures.
  • Work outputs, participant reflection and employer feedback.
  • Individual next-step plans and agreed progression follow-up.
  • A final report explaining delivery, findings and limitations.

Prepare a scoped commission

Tell us the intended cohort, geography, budget range, start window, procurement route and reporting requirements. Our proposal sets out deliverables, fees, exclusions, host responsibilities, safeguarding and accessibility arrangements. Supporting organisational evidence can be requested during due diligence.
